ThisworkpresentsaperspectiveavaliativaofProjetoSc hoo l'simplementaçãoitActivates,
undertheadministrationo ftheMunicipalClerkshipofEducationan dCulture(SEMEC),in
theschoolsofthezoneruralteresinense.Theanalysisis anchoredinth efollowingelements:
the student's characteristics, technical aspe cts of implementação, structuralandfunction al
aspect of the project in municipal level, the educator's revenue and aspects of physical
structure of the schools. The analysis is ru led in the theoretical prob lematização of the

SôniaDraibe(2001),wedefin edtheresearchasavaliativawhichhascharacterexplanatory,
exploratoryandqualiquantitative.Th eresearchinstrumentsusedtheywerequestionnaires
withopenandclosedquestions,appliedtotheagentsoftheprojec t,asstu dents,teachers,
sup ervisors,andstud ents'parents,andasemistructuredinterview,appliedtothecoo rdination
of the project. The theoreticalmethodological process of contact with the reality made
pos sibletonoticeinhe rentobstaclestothepracticalaplicabilidadeofthemethodo logyinthe
researcheddimensions.Inthestudent'scharacteristics,itisnoticedastudentprofile withvery
inherent difficulties the reality regional teres inense, wh at hinders the development ofthe
technical aspects of implementaç ão of the project: the administration instruments, as the
learn ing corner, the student government, the learning guides, the articulation school and
commun ity,themicrocentrosandthe teachers'training.Asresult,itcanbeaffirmedth atthe
ProjectoftheSchoolActivatesitisimplementedtodayattheschoolso ftheruralzoneof
Teresinawithlimitation s,thatconstitutegreatfetterfortheprojec tyourreachobjectiveReal
in the sense of the school autogestão, of the administrative decentralization and of the
administrationsharedbetweenscho olandcommunity.
